The pasta maker is made of food-grade material. The blade attachment of this pasta machine shouldn't be washed in water or put in the dishwasher. Residual moisture will affect the sharpness of the blade and shorten the machine's lifespan. We suggest using a brush or wooden stick, or if you don't have one, you can use a toothpick to remove any residual dough.

There comes a foldable pasta drying rack for you to hang multi pasta. Easily folding and storage. Space saving and easy to use. Nine different thickness settings from 0.5-2.5mm (0.02-0.1 in) meet your different needs of pasta. Pull out the knob first, then rotate it. There are nine holes on the inner surface of the knob and one bulge opposite to nine holes, this bulge will be inserted into one hole to hold the setting.
